Yes, Racks for bicycles are available.

Yes, but motorcycles are prohibited from parking in all automobile parking spaces, loading zones, driveways and walkways. Designated motorcycle parking is located on the street level and in the Parking Garage. Improperly parked motorcycles are subject to citing, towing or impounding. Note: Motorcycles with disabled license plates are still required to park in the designated motorcycle parking location always.

Picture I.D. is required to purchase or consume alcohol. Your I.D. will be checked upon entrance into the event and could be checked randomly as asked throughout the event. Guests 21 years of age and older will be issued a wristband allowing alcohol purchase.

Yes, there will be several local food trucks & caterers for you to enjoy including gluten-free and

vegan options.

Not all food vendors accept Debit or Credit cards so please bring cash with you. ATM’s are available for your convenience.

You can purchase your admission ticket in advance via the website using a credit/debit card. On the day of the festival, cash & card will be an accepted form of payment.

Venue Details

Yes, ATM machines are located in the main lobbies of each Convention Center building and Amphitheater.

Yes. There are Family, Women & Men’s restrooms available.

Yes, Baby Changing Stations are provided throughout the venue in family restrooms (located on the main floors) as well as Men’s & Women’s restrooms.

No, but there is an exception for Registered Service Animals. Define “Service animal” Per ARS 11-1024, Service Animals are permitted at the Mesa Convention Center & Venues. Pets, including comfort animals, and other animals are not permitted.

Yes, we are committed to making each of our events ADA compliant. The Mesa Convention Center & Venues is an accessible facility in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our design includes accessible parking and entrances, wheelchair ramps, multiple elevators, automatic doors and accessible restroom facilities. For reasonable accommodation requests, please call at least 48 hours prior to your visit.

The Mesa Police Department will be on hand to ensure your safety. Call 911 for any medical emergencies during the event.

General Questions

Yes, families are encouraged to attend! All kids 15 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Kids 12 & under are free, and tickets for students 13+ are $5 (with an active student ID).

All sales are final, there are no refunds.

Yes, reentry is allowed with a valid badge. You will need to go through security & bag check every time you reenter.

Yes, our friends at Medstar will be onsite with their team of certified EMT’s to respond immediately to any guests needing medical assistance.

This is a rain or shine event.

Parents seeking lost children may go to any Information Desk on site and/or notify uniformed or

house security or assistance.

All lost or misplaced items will be brought to the Information Desk at the venue. Deep Stories AZ & The Mesa Convention Center & Venues assumes no responsibility for any lost or misplaced items. Mesa Convention Center provides an official lost and found location located in the Mesa Convention Center & Venues A Building. Contact the Operations Center to inquire about lost or misplaced items.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND (exception: on-duty law enforcement officers with jurisdiction). Including but not limited to pepper spray, slingshots, sticks, bats, clubs, tasers, brass knuckles, etc. Including but not limited to water guns, squirt guns, play swords, etc. Possession of firearms at the Mesa Convention Center & Venues is unlawful under Arizona Revised Statutes 4-244, 4-229 and 13-3102.

No open flames, No outside food or beverage inside the event, unopened plastic bottle of water per guest is allowed, any size, No coolers or ice chests, No drones, No Fireworks or explosive/incendiary devices of any kind, No skates, skateboards, hoverboards, or bicycles, No Pets, Exception: Registered Service Animals

No drugs or drug paraphernalia, No chemicals, poisons and/or hazardous materials, No laser pens or similar focused-light devices, No hydration backpacks or packs, ex. “Camelbacks”, No vending of any kind without a vendor pass, Sharing & trading is allowed. Sales transactions are not., Any other items that security determines will or could have a negative impact on the event and it’s guests, All helium-filled balloons (per Mesa Convention Center)

CODE OF CONDUCT

Deep Stories AZ & Mesa Amphitheater have a zero-tolerance policy for violent, objectionable, disorderly and/or disruptive behavior, including unauthorized solicitors. Violators will be escorted from the premises. We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and memorable experience for all our event guests. In order to do so, a strict code of conduct has been created and all event participants and patrons are expected follow these rules. Guests will show respect for the event location, grounds, coordinators, vendors, sponsors and participants by leaving the following items at home:

ABSOLUTLEY NO TOLERNECE WITH Firearms, knives or other weapons, Coolers and outside food or beverage, Bicycles, skateboards, skates inside premise.

​ The following actions will result in immediate ejection of festival grounds; Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone. Possession or use of illegal drugs or excessive and irresponsible use of alcohol. Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property. Taunting, abusive or disruptive language and obscene gestures. An individual participating in any of these behaviors will be removed from the event and passes will be revoked. In certain situations, the offender may be arrested.

SMOKING/VAPING

In accordance with the Smoke Free Arizona Act, ARS 36.601.01, smoking and vaping (including use of all types of electronic cigarettes) are prohibited inside of all Mesa Convention Center & Venues facilities including balconies, patios, interior docks, stairwells and restrooms. Designated smoking areas are located twenty (20) feet from all facility entrances. For more information about Smoke Free Arizona, call 1.877.429.6676 or visit smokefreearizona.org.

Cannabis products, edible and non-edible, may not be sold or distributed at the Mesa Convention Center, Mesa Amphitheater or any other facility used for this event, regardless of the THC concentration of the products.

COVID Related Measures

Complimentary PPE will be available for all event guests, exhibitors, volunteers, staff, artists. With masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer).

Regularly scheduled surface disinfecting by janitorial service.

Exhibitor booths & seating areas will be spaced out appropriately.
